Truly, it feels that “hate is strong and mocks the song of peace on earth, good will to men.But, then there is the next verse. (interesting how with Christ there is always a next verse!) “God is not dead, nor doth he sleep; The wrong shall fail, the right prevail, With peace on earth, good will to men.

In high school, I was involved in a rollover accident. Fortunately for me and my friends, we all had our seat belts on, and the rollover was slow enough that none of us were hurt badly. A few years later when I was pondering about this, I was enlightened with the thought about how an act of strapping on a seatbelt is similar to exercising faith in Jesus Christ.
